From April 15 to 16, the 21st Conference on International Exchange of Professionals (CIEP) opened in Shenzhen. In the offline exhibition, the Changzhou government set up a booth to showcase the city profile, attracting talents from home and abroad.

Sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology and Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, the CIEP is a high-level international event to gather technology innovation and professionals. The theme of this year is “Promoting Scientific and Technological Innovation, Seeking Common Development and Benefiting Global Talent”.

In a bid to become an international star city of smart manufacturing and a pivotal hub in the Yangtze River Delta, in recent years, Changzhou gears up efforts to attract high-level professionals. In the Changzhou booth, visitors can learn about the city in a comprehensive way, including history, culture, industry, innovation and talent policy, etc.

In particular, the industrial parks scattered in different districts provide an environment conducive to innovation and entrepreneurship, welcoming professionals across all sectors to meet in Changzhou and create a common future.
